Behavioral health facilities are a critical line of patient services that require specific product selection, including anti-ligature. Our team coordinates extensively with the providers to understand the operation and coordination of devices, including new technologies that offer an adaptive environment to calm and de-escalate the patient.
Expansion to the existing behavioral health hospital to double the capacity of patients with a 96-bed patient tower. The project included a new emergency electrical system and chilled water system as part of the 78,000 SF expansion.
Conversion of the existing medical center to operate as a complete behavioral health hospital which includes six new handlers and expansion to the emergency branch to serve the new 98-bed behavioral health patient rooms. The renovation provided space for Level 1 to Level 5 behavioral health treatment spaces. The renovation encompassed renovation on each story of the 8-story tower.
Renovation of the floor to provide new behavioral health patient rooms within the existing medical center. The project renovated the entire floor for reconfiguration of the nurse station, patient rooms, supplies, and flow for patient and staff safety. The anti-ligature fixtures were coordinated for the Class rating requirements.
20,000 SF multi-phased renovation and addition to the former Regional Medical Laboratory building creating a new behavioral health urgent care facility for Summit Pointe. Later phases of the project included creating the new Summit Pointe corporate offices.
