Scope included design review, site inspections, construction observation, testing, and verification of central air handling units, variable air volume (VAV) units, fan coil units, chilled beams, water cooled chillers, two hot water boiler systems, the building heating boiler system, the snowmelt boiler system, a 4000A electrical service, solar array, and a full site back-up generator.
The campus expansion include a 136,000 SF new build patent tower, 12,000 SF expansion to the operating suite, new support services building, along with a new central utility plant.
