350,000 SF, 8-story medical school and laboratory space with $68 million in renovations and additions to a research facility in downtown Kalamazoo.
Project included a simulation center, gross anatomy, research labs, and vivarium.
Build-out of 480,000 SF warehouse with new 8,000 SF central plant, and 6,000 SF expansion for hazardous material management.
The facility houses sterile materials and products with a precisely controlled environment meeting the FDA’s regulatory compliance standard 21 CFR 820 for medical device manufacturing and storage.

New 60,000 SF R&D center for a Michigan-based instrument testing and consumables company.
Project included a new laboratory, administrative offices, training, and multi-purpose areas.
New radiochemistry lab building for the production and manipulation of radioactive isotopes.
The building houses a cyclotron where isotopes are created and then transported via isotope delivery conduits to multiple hot cells and isolators for manipulation.
